In the early morning of Monday, May 26th, a fire occured at Mangiamo that completely destroyed the restaurant. Thankfully, no one was in the building. At this time we do not know the cause of the fire. We thank everyone for their concern and well wishes.

People entrusted us as a background for some of the most important memories of their lives - first dates, marriage proposals, rehearsal dinners, wedding showers, birthday parties, anniversaries, graduations, promotions, holidays, and so many more. We appreciated having the opportunity to be a part of your lives, and will use this Web site to let you know our rebuilding plans for the future.

In the meantime, if you had a party booked with us, please contact our other restaurant, Bistro on Main (330-673-9900), where we will try to accomodate all of your reservations.

**UPDATE**

A limited supply of Mangiamo! Private Label Wine (Cabernet, Chardonnay, and Merlot) is available. While supplies last, it is only $11/bottle OR $120/case (12 bottles- a savings of $1/bottle!).

If you wish to purchase any, please contact Mike via email (mike-AT-mangiamotwinlakes-DOT-com). All sales will be "special order" therefore orders must be placed in advance. Typically if you place an order before 4pm on Thursday of any given week it will be available for pick up by 4pm every Friday at the Water Street Tavern (132 South Water Street in downtown Kent).

Gift Cards and Banquets/Parties

The staff and executive chef at Bistro on Main (1313 W. Main St., Kent - (330) 673-9900) are extending their hospitality to qualifying gift card holders and booked parties. Chef Ruggle will attempt to accommodate as many people as possible, but they cannot guarantee seatings. Please enquire about the status of your party or card as soon as possible.

Conditions

Guest must have an actual gift card with a magnetic swipe strip on reverse of card.

A proof of purchase, sales receipt, must be included to valididate denomination of gift card.

Or, G.C. Jacket has a denomination amount written on inside center portion of gift card holder under where gift card is displayed.

Or, if there is no documention validating the denomination of G.C. Bistro on Main will accept any mangiamo(magnetic) gift cards for a $25 discount to be used in house, no cash value, and dine in only. B.O.M will accept mangiamo gift cards until 12/31/2008. B.O.M. will not accept any form of discount, paper gift cetificates, promotional piece or third party discount or promotional piece.
